Our  beginnings

In 1956 John Arevian bought Avenue Hardware in Westmount and for nearly 20 years ran a well known neighbourhood hardware store. In 1975 Avenue Hardware became Arevco Lighting. The store sold mainly light bulbs, specializing in importing the brightest and longest lasting bulbs available. As the family business grew, John expanded his product offering by importing quality light fixtures as well.

Today

With locations in Ottawa and Montreal, Arevco Lighting offers a comprehensive selection of lighting fixtures, fine lamps, shades, decorative light bulbs and accessories. Arevco also fabricates an in-store line of fixtures using quality parts imported from Italy and France.
